From your first round to mastering advanced techniques. Guides for every skill level โ Bart survivors and Homer hunters alike.
Just started playing You vs Homer? Here's everything you need for your first few rounds.
Learn every map's layout and hiding spots. Know at least 3 good spots per map. The more spots you know, the more unpredictable you become.
Match your skin to the map. Use dark skins (Emo, Ghost) on indoor/dark maps. Use 2D Bart anywhere โ invisible from the side at any distance.
Never hide in the same spot twice. After being found, move to the opposite side of the map. Good Homers memorize where they found you.
Wear headphones! Homer's footsteps are audible. Listen for him approaching and time your movements when he's walking away.
Always have 2+ escape routes from your hiding spot. A spot with only one exit is a death trap. Know where you'll run before Homer arrives.
Think about the timer. In the last minute, Homer gets desperate and checks randomspots. Stay calm and resist the urge to move late-game.
Don't run around randomly. Clear one section of the map completely before moving to the next. Work in a pattern โ left to right, top to bottom.
Think like a Bart. Where would YOU hide? Beginners hide in obvious spots (closets, under tables). Pros use elevated and dark corners.
When you spot a Bart, cut off their escape routes rather than chasing directly. Use your knowledge of the map to predict where they'll run.
Remember where you found Barts in previous rounds. Players often return to their "favorite" spots. Check those spots first next round.
Survival in high-tier lobbies requires more than just hiding. You must master Roblox physics exploits and movement tech to escape competent Homers.
The Concept: Exploiting Roblox's physics engine to jump higher than normal by flicking your camera against a wall mid-jump.
Practice Spot: The garage wall at The Simpsons House. Use it to reach the roof without the ladder.
The Concept: Forcing your character model through thin walls or corners to enter out-of-bounds ("Void") areas or secret rooms.
/e laugh) or simply force your camera
into the wall while zooming in.Top Spot: The "Crate Gap" in Moe's Tavern. Allows you to hide inside the stacked crates.
